[병증] 기가 상충하여 후간(喉間)에서 딸꾹질이 끊이지 않고 계속되는 증상. =흘역(吃逆).

애역(呃逆)

딸꾹질. 위기(胃氣)가 역상하여 소리가 나는 병증. =흘역(吃逆), 흘특(吃忒), 타각특(打咯忒), 얼(噦), 해역(咳逆). 한애(寒呃), 열애(熱呃), 기애(氣呃), 담애(痰呃), 어애(瘀呃), 허애(虛呃) 등 6종으로 구분된다. 또한 외감애역(外感呃逆), 내상애역(內傷呃逆), 양증해역(陽證咳逆), 음증해역(陰證咳逆)으로 구분하기도 한다. 이 병증은 위경련, 횡격막 경련과 신경성 애역(呃逆)에서 나타날 수 있고, 위중한 병증에서도 나타날 수 있다.
