주기(主氣)

Host qi

The collective name of wind, cold, dampness, dryness, sovereign fire and ministerial fire, being opposed to the guest qi. It reflects the normal seasonal climatic changes of the year. The calculation is to relate twenty four solar terms to six qi in six steps. The four solar terms consist of one step, being six steps for one year. The calculation starts from the severe cold.

주기(主氣)

[운기] 매년 각 계절의 정상적인 기후 변화를 일으키는 육기(六氣). 주기의 육기는 궐음풍목지기(厥陰風木之氣)를 초지기(初之氣)로 하여 소음군화지기(少陰君火之氣), 소양상화지기(少陽相火之氣), 태음습토지기(太陰濕土之氣), 양명조금지기(陽明燥金之氣), 태양한수지기(太陽寒水之氣)의 순서대로 각자 2개월씩 번갈아 주재하여 일상적인 사계절의 기후 특성을 만들어 간다.
