팔강변증(八綱辨證)

Pattern differentiation by the eight principles

A method to differentiate diseases into yin, yang, exterior, interior, cold, heat, deficiency and excess patterns through analysing the data collected by the four diagnostic methods. The analysis focuses on the disease location, nature and strength between anti-pathogenic qi and pathogenic factors.

팔강변증(八綱辨證)

[진단] 가장 기본적인 변증방법의 하나. 사진(四診)을 통해 증상을 종합 분석하여 사기(邪氣)의 성질, 정사(正邪)의 성쇠, 질병의 심천(深淺) 등의 정황을 표(表), 리(裏), 한(寒), 열(熱), 허(虛), 실(實), 음(陰), 양(陽)의 8가지로 귀납하여 변증(辨證)의 기초로 삼는 방법을 이른다.
