The point at which the qi flows is known as the Jing-river. The Jing-river points are located around the joints of the wrists or ankles.

경혈(經穴)

[경혈] 14경맥에 속하는 혈위. 경락 상에 기혈이 모이는 곳이며 침구 치료를 비롯한 모든 경락을 조절하는 치료방법을 시행하는 자리이다.

경혈(經穴)

(1) 혈자리. 침구(鍼灸)치료를 비롯한 모든 경락을 조절하는 치료방법을 시행하는 자리로서 경락상에 기혈이 모이는 곳이며 그외에 정경(正經)의 밖에 위치한 기혈(奇穴)들을 포괄한다.
(2) 오수혈(五輸穴)의 하나. 맥기(脈氣)가 이곳에 이르면 마치 도랑에 물이 빠르게 흘러 지나가는 듯하므로 경혈(經穴)이라고 한다.
(3) 십사경혈(十四經穴)의 준말.

경혈(經穴)

14경맥(經脈)에 속해 있는 혈(穴)을 이르는 말. 경락(經絡)의 기혈(氣血)이 신체 표면에 모여 통과하는 부위로, 침을 놓거나 뜸을 떠서 자극을 내부 장기(臟器)로 전달하기도 하고 내부 장기의 징후를 드러내기도 한다. =공혈(孔穴), 기혈(氣穴), 혈(穴)
