충임손상(衝任損傷)

방실노상(房室勞傷), 감염 및 출산 과다로 충임맥(衝任脈)을 손상한 데서 발생되는 병증. 충맥은 혈해(血海)이며, 임맥은 포태(胞胎)를 주재하는데 간(肝), 신(腎), 기(氣), 혈(血) 등과 밀접한 관계가 있다. 이 두 맥이 손상되면 월경불순, 소복동통(小腹疼痛), 요산(腰痠), 붕루(崩漏), 습관성 유산, 불임증이 발생한다.
